Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav discusses the establishment of four Fast-Track Courts in Madhya Pradesh for swift resolution of cases related to paper leaks, examinations, and similar matters, as well as the state's ongoing commitment to strengthening the education sector.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav reaffirmed the government's dedication towards the welfare of teachers and students, emphasizing their sensitivity to issues concerning them. The State Government has been actively taking significant decisions to reinforce the education sector and safeguard student interests.

During an interaction with media representatives at the Central Hall of the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly, Dr. Yadav stated that whenever Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi makes a decision in the nation's interest, Madhya Pradesh is the first state to implement it and establish the necessary policy framework.

Recognizing the urgency required for swift case disposal affecting young people, Dr. Yadav announced that four Fast-Track Courts will be established in major cities including Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, and Gwalior. These courts aim to adjudicate cases related to paper leaks, examinations, and similar matters within a three-month timeframe.

Dr. Yadav also emphasized Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's consistent focus on student welfare and educational reforms. He pointed out that following the NEET paper leak incident, the Prime Minister swiftly constituted a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to address the matter. The accused were arrested across the country, and the examination was subsequently re-conducted.

Reiterating the state's commitment to student interests, Dr. Yadav confirmed that comprehensive Standard Operating Protocols would be formulated to ensure future NEET examinations are conducted transparently, fairly, and efficiently.
