The institute has a high placement rate and offers advanced industry-focused courses in collaboration with Singapore's ITE Education Services.

The Sant Shiromani Ravidas Global Skills Park in Bhopal is expanding its training capacity, aiming to prepare 6,000 youth annually for the evolving workforce. The institute has already seen nearly 98 percent of students trained find placements, including some in international organizations. It attracted trainees from 13 states across the country.

In addition to training 2,000 youth in 2025 and projected 3,000 in 2026, the institute offers nine advanced long-term courses in collaboration with Singapore's ITE Education Services. These one-year programs cover disciplines such as mechatronics, robotics, CNC engineering, and automobile technology, providing extensive hands-on training using modern equipment.

The growing enrolment reflects the institute's rising reputation. Around 80 percent of trainees come from ITI backgrounds, while the remaining 20 percent are from polytechnic and engineering institutions. Nearly 10 percent of students come from 13 different states.

Industry partnerships continue to strengthen the institute's standing. In 2025, companies including Reliance Industries, the Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA), JBM Group, SRF Limited and Trident Group conducted employee training at the institute.

The institute is also working to increase women's participation in technical education. Female enrolment in long-term courses has risen by around four per cent compared with the previous year.

The Global Skills Park plans to establish new collaborations, expand skill upgradation programs for industrial workers, and further encourage women's participation. It will also upgrade its boys' hostel capacity from 600 seats to 1,800 seats.
