Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav paying tribute to late former minister Paras Chandra Jain

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav expresses condolences and pays tribute to the late former minister, who held key portfolios and was popularly known as 'Paras Pehalwan'. Posthumous eye donation by Jain restores vision to two visually impaired individuals.

On Monday, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav traveled from Bhopal to Ujjain following the demise of former minister and senior leader Paras Chandra Jain. Upon arriving at Ujjain, he offered floral tributes to the mortal remains of the late leader and met with the bereaved family to express his condolences.

Expressing profound sorrow, Dr. Yadav acknowledged that Jain was a senior and popular leader who enjoyed deep public support. He emphasized that Jain made commendable contributions not only in politics but also in the social sphere, earning him the distinction of being known as 'Paras Pehalwan'. The Chief Minister prayed to Baba Mahakal to grant eternal peace to the departed soul and give strength to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.

Dr. Yadav highlighted that Paras Chandra Jain had been elected MLA from Ujjain North six times and had handled key portfolios, including School Education, Energy, Forest, and Food and Civil Supplies.

Minister Shri Gautam Tetwal, Minister Shri Inder Singh Parmar, MLA Shri Anil Jain Kaluheda, Mayor Shri Mukesh Tatwal, Ujjain Development Authority Chairman Shri Ravi Solanki, along with other public representatives and administrative officials also paid their respects to the departed leader.

Posthumously, Paras Chandra Jain donated his eyes, which were successfully used to restore vision to two visually impaired individuals.
