Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav delineated his plans for industrial development, focusing on employment-oriented industries, food parks, multi-crop processing units, natural farming, animal husbandry, and infrastructure facilities. He also addressed the need to connect youth trained at ITIs and polytechnic institutes with self-employment opportunities.

During an interaction with entrepreneurs and public representatives under the 'Mukhyamantri Jan Vishwas Abhiyan' in Chhindwara district, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav emphasized his commitment towards industrial development and welfare of farmers, youth, and the poor. He stated that initiatives for these sections are being implemented in a planned manner under mission mode.

The Chief Minister underscored promoting local businesses and industries as a priority for the Government. He urged local entrepreneurs to prepare long-term expansion plans for their enterprises, assuring them that the State Government will provide all essential facilities, including adequate water supply, uninterrupted electricity, and robust infrastructure in industrial areas.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav expressed his intention to strengthen Chhindwara's economy by promoting employment-oriented industries, food parks, multi-crop processing units, natural farming, and animal husbandry. To facilitate this, he directed the district administration to regularly follow up with youth trained at Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) and polytechnic institutes to connect them with self-employment opportunities or permanent jobs.

Additionally, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav interacted with entrepreneurs operating CNG and bio-natural plants established under the Startup initiative and reviewed the functioning of their enterprises. During this interaction, entrepreneurs suggested several measures to accelerate industrial development in the district, including integration of training institutions, establishment of a Transport Nagar under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, development of digital infrastructure, implementation of an integrated tax system, establishment of modern flatted factory complexes and processing units, and greater adoption of advanced technologies.

The Executive Director of the Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (MPIDC) briefed the Chief Minister on the district's industrial progress. As many as 135 industrial plots have so far been allotted in Lahgadua, Imlikheda, Khajri, and Sukludhana industrial areas, while allotment of the remaining plots is being expedited. As a result, 88 industrial units have already commenced production in these industrial areas.
