Madhya Pradesh Chief Secretary Ashok Barnwal reviewed the feedback from officials on the Jan Vishwas Abhiyan and stressed the importance of transparency, citizen-centric approach, resolution of complaints, and addressing issues faced by entrepreneurs and achievers during the campaign.

Chief Secretary Shri Ashok Barnwal has urged Madhya Pradesh's Collectors and Heads of Departments to make the Jan Vishwas Abhiyan a transparent and satisfactory mechanism for ensuring citizens receive maximum benefits from government services.

During a meeting held at the Mantralaya on Saturday, Chief Secretary Barnwal reviewed feedback from Collectors, Commissioners, and Heads of Departments on the Jan Vishwas Abhiyan. He praised the work carried out by all officials, particularly noting a farmer engaged in blackberry cultivation who has generated employment for 500 people during the Udyam Samvad held in Chhindwara in the presence of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav.

The Chief Secretary emphasized that such entrepreneurs and achievers should be actively engaged with during the campaign, and their issues addressed. He stated that the Jan Vishwas Abhiyan has been designed with a citizen-centric approach to enable district officials to deliver better results.

In addition, the Chief Secretary directed officials to ensure 100% resolution of complaints and grievances, assess the ground-level implementation of schemes and programs, and develop an effective monitoring mechanism. He stated that necessary positive changes would be introduced based on discussions held during the meeting.

Chief Secretary Shri Barnwal also directed Collectors to ensure prompt delivery of essential services requiring continuous attention, maintaining a special focus on citizen-centric services and schemes, including health services, handpump functioning, tap-water supply schemes, transformer status, school enrolment, and ambulance availability.

During the meeting, Additional Chief Secretary Shri Neeraj Mandloi made a presentation on the key pillars of the Jan Vishwas Abhiyan and their implementation. He asked Collectors to work in accordance with the guidelines issued by the General Administration Department. The campaign will focus on resolution of complaints and grievances, public and enterprise dialogue, inspections, and law and order.
