Madhya Pradesh Chief Secretary Ashok Barnwal reviews feedback from district officials on the Jan Vishwas Abhiyan, highlights an example of entrepreneurship, and directs for prompt delivery of essential services.

During a meeting at Mantralaya, Madhya Pradesh Chief Secretary Shri Ashok Barnwal reviewed feedback from Collectors, Commissioners, and Heads of Departments on the Jan Vishwas Abhiyan. Notable among the discussions was a farmer in Chhindwara who has employed 500 people through blackberry cultivation, which Barnwal highlighted as an example of entrepreneurship to be engaged with during the campaign.

The Chief Secretary directed officials to ensure 100% resolution of complaints and grievances, assess ground-level implementation of schemes, and develop a monitoring mechanism for improved administration sensitivity and responsiveness. He also emphasized prompt delivery of essential services requiring continuous attention, particularly focusing on citizen-centric services such as health services, handpump functioning, tap-water supply schemes, transformer status, school enrolment, and ambulance availability.

Additional Chief Secretary Shri Neeraj Mandloi presented on the key pillars of the Jan Vishwas Abhiyan, including resolution of complaints and grievances, public dialogue, inspections, and law and order. He instructed Collectors to adhere to guidelines issued by the General Administration Department.

Secretary to the Chief Minister’s Office Dr. Sudam Khade shared information related to the campaign, while Additional Secretary Shri Sudhir Kochar presented achievements recorded by various districts and departments.
