Madhya Pradesh Chief Secretary Ashok Barnwal emphasizes transparency and prompt delivery of essential services in the ongoing 'Jan Vishwas Abhiyan', focusing on citizen-centric services such as health, water supply, school enrolment, and ambulance availability.
During a meeting at Mantralaya on Saturday, Madhya Pradesh Chief Secretary Shri Ashok Barnwal reviewed feedback from Collectors, Commissioners, and Heads of Departments about the 'Jan Vishwas Abhiyan' conducted the previous day. The Chief Secretary appreciated the work carried out by all officials and highlighted the remarkable achievement of a farmer engaged in blackberry cultivation who has generated employment for 500 people. This successful entrepreneur was recognized during the campaign in the presence of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav.
Barnwal directed officials to ensure 100% resolution of complaints and grievances, assess ground-level implementation of schemes and programs, and develop an effective monitoring mechanism to make administration more sensitive and responsive. He also emphasized prompt delivery of essential services requiring continuous attention, particularly focusing on citizen-centric services such as health services, handpump functioning, tap-water supply schemes, transformer status, school enrolment, and ambulance availability.
Additional Chief Secretary Shri Neeraj Mandloi made a presentation on the key pillars of the Jan Vishwas Abhiyan during the meeting. He stressed the importance of resolution of complaints and grievances, public and enterprise dialogue, inspections, and law and order. Mandloi also briefed Collectors on arrangements to be made for Chief Minister Dr. Yadav's district visits, which will include reserving time for grievance resolution, public dialogue, inspections, and other related activities.
Secretary to the Chief Minister’s Office Dr. Sudam Khade also shared information related to the campaign. Additional Secretary Shri Sudhir Kochar made a presentation on achievements recorded by various districts and departments under the Jan Vishwas Abhiyan.
