Prime Minister Narendra Modi marked 25 years of continuous public service as Head of the Government today. His day began at Shree Vinayaka Temple in Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi, where he offered prayers and participated in traditional puja-archana. In his address, Modi expressed confidence that India will achieve its goal of becoming a developed nation by 2047 through visionary policies and hard work. He highlighted several areas where significant transformation has taken place, such as exports and agriculture.
Modi pointed out that the decade from 2015 to 2025 witnessed the highest sustained agricultural growth since Independence, surpassing all previous records. This success, he attributed to clear intent and well-defined policies. He also emphasized that India, once associated with discussions on policy paralysis, is now increasingly being recognized for its growing strength and resilience.
Modi spoke about internal security challenges such as Naxalism and terrorism. He noted that the backbone of Naxalism has been broken, and terrorism poses a lesser threat than before. India, he said, is taking strong measures to address these issues.
