The Delhi Government has allotted internship seats to 275 Foreign Medical Graduates (FMGs) following a counselling process across 12 Hospitals. This initiative is aimed at enhancing the healthcare ecosystem and providing opportunities for aspiring medical professionals in the national capital.
Delhi Health Minister Dr Pankaj Kumar Singh emphasized that every eligible foreign medical graduate will receive a fair opportunity to complete their internship and contribute to the healthcare system. He reiterated the government's commitment to creating opportunities for young medical professionals while simultaneously strengthening the healthcare delivery system.
Dr Singh stated that through this initiative, the government is ensuring that deserving candidates can complete their professional training without unnecessary delays.
