
A tragic head-on collision between a pickup van and a truck on the Gwalior-Bhind-Etawah Highway resulted in eight fatalities and left 23 others injured. The accident occurred in Bhind district, Madhya Pradesh, involving labourers traveling from Gohad to their homes in Lakhimpur Kheri.
In a horrific incident that took place late last night on the Gwalior-Bhind-Etawah Highway-719 in Bhind district of Madhya Pradesh, a head-on collision between a pickup van and a truck resulted in the death of eight individuals and left 23 others injured. According to reports, the victims were labourers who were traveling from Gohad in Bhind to their homes in Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh. Preliminary findings suggest that five laborers died instantly at the accident site, while three succumbed to their injuries during treatment at a hospital in Gwalior. The police have registered a case and initiated an investigation into the cause of the accident. It is noteworthy that the accident occurred near a village called Mahakhedi, approximately 50 kilometers from the district headquarters of Bhind.
