The event attracted devotees and the gathering, who were enthralled by Shri Shailesh Lodha's storytelling that highlighted Ujjain's history and traditions, emphasizing the city's significance. Following this, a devotional music performance led by Shri Bhawani Shastri took place, with the melodious bhajans creating a devotional atmosphere at Ram Ghat. The event also featured the release of the book Itihas Ke Pannon Se, based on Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple, which contains information on the temple's historical and cultural significance.
The Ashirwad Ka Diya programme, held during the celebration, included spectacular fireworks, a light show, and a fire show. The colourful illumination, performances, and glow of thousands of diyas added to the festive atmosphere across Ujjain.
