To promote service, public participation, and commitment to nation-building among every section of society, Madhya Pradesh has planned special events as part of the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan on October 9 and 10. These events, known as ‘Seva Ke Rang—Rashtra Ke Sang’, will involve massive human rangolis being created across large grounds in six districts: Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Jhabua, and Alirajpur.
The unique initiative will see extensive participation from citizens, who will form human rangolis that depict the essence of service, national pride, local culture, and the vision of Viksit Bharat. The events' focus on public participation makes them central to the overall program.
Thousands of citizens are expected to participate in these events, forming vibrant human rangolis that can be seen clearly from above when captured by drone cameras. These aerial views will showcase the scale of public participation across all six districts and help spread the message of Seva Sankalp to a wider audience.
Tribal Affairs Minister Shri Nagar Singh Chouhan has been appointed as the state-level nodal minister for this initiative, while Smt. G.V. Rashmi, Secretary of the Women and Child Development Department, is the designated state nodal officer.
The Women and Child Development Department has been designated as the nodal department, with support provided by the Public Relations Department and district administrations in the six participating districts.
