Indian Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav announced significant expansions in education, infrastructure, and healthcare during an event at Ujjain. These developments include the launch of Mission Buniyad, a new AI-based initiative, the establishment of Dhanvantari Medical University, and the construction of multiple projects worth ₹587.23 crore.
During his address at the 'Maharshi Sandipani Guru Parv' in Ujjain, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav emphasized the importance of modern education and quality institutions for shaping India's future. He described the Sandipani Schools as a modern manifestation of ancient Gurukul education systems, providing quality education while nurturing values and cultural consciousness.
The Chief Minister also inaugurated and performed Bhoomi Poojan for nine major development projects worth ₹587.23 crore in Ujjain district. These include a 1 MW solar power plant at Samrat Vikramaditya University, new library buildings, a laboratory building, and development works at Madhav Science College.
In addition to infrastructure developments, Dr. Yadav announced the launch of 'Mission Buniyad', an AI-based initiative which will be implemented in 500 government schools across eight districts of the State. Under this mission, students of Classes 9 to 12 will receive personalised AI-assisted learning.
The Chief Minister also highlighted the significance of Sanskrit, India's oldest language, and the importance of morality, knowledge, and selfless giving in Indian civilization. He also announced that Madhya Pradesh will establish Dhanvantari Medical University in Ujjain to meet the long-felt need for a second medical university.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also launched several other initiatives including 60 new Sandipani Schools, development works for Shri Kal Bhairav Temple, Shri Mangalnath Temple, and Maharshi Sandipani Ashram, and Town Development Schemes Nos. 3, 4, 5 and 6 under Ujjain Development Authority.
