Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav visited the Sant Shri Nijanand Dham Ashram in Khachrod, performed rituals on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, and extended his greetings.

On Friday, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav paid a visit to the Sant Shri Nijanand Dham Ashram situated in Chirola Fanta village, Khachrod. This visit was made on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan. During his visit, he performed worship and offered floral tribute to Shri Shri 1008 Sachidanand Maharaj on his death anniversary.

At the ashram's Shiva temple, Dr. Yadav conducted Rudrabhishek and Shodashopachar Puja. He also worshipped and performed Aarti at the gaddi of Sant Shri Nijanandji Maharaj. The Chief Minister paid respects to the saints present at the ashram, received their blessings, and accepted Prasadi.

The Chief Minister was welcomed and felicitated by the Shri Nijanand Dham Seva Samiti. He also met Shri Vivek Maharajji, a disciple of Sachidanandji Maharaj, at the ashram.

While extending Raksha Bandhan greetings to the people of the state, Dr. Yadav stated that his visit to Sant Shri Nijanand Ashram was for Darshan and worship. He expressed that this place introduces people to the divine aura of great personalities of Sanatan culture in the country, state, and Malwa. According to him, everyone receives inspiration for good deeds from the blessings of such saints.

Dr. Yadav further stated that after Shri Nijanandji Maharaj, his successor Swami Sachidanandji Maharaj gave this place a new consciousness and awakened the entire region. He emphasized that everyone, along with their work, should carry forward the basic spirit of their saints, as expressed in the Vedic saying, ‘Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah, Sarve Santu Niramayah’, which means may everyone be happy and may everyone be free from illness. He urged that we should hold this Vedic thought with its timeless significance and pray for the welfare of everyone.
