On Sunday, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav attended the Bhoomi Pujan programme for the new Upashray building of Shri Jain Shwetambar Murtipujak Tapagachh Shri Sangh and Upashray Trust, located opposite the Control Room in Ujjain's Madhavnagar area. He emphasized that whatever work we do in our lives happens by the will of God.
Dr. Yadav stressed the importance of society and the necessity of a system, stating that relationships have a fixed period in the cycle of life. In the time given to us, everyone should perform good deeds and make their best contribution to the world. He reiterated that all good work must be accomplished in this very life, and urged for happiness among all living beings, with compassion and kindness towards every creature.
Before performing the Bhoomi Pujan ceremony, Dr. Yadav offered prayers and performed rituals at Shri Jain Shwetambar Temple before Lord Shri Sheetalnath Swami. He then proceeded to perform the Bhoomi Pujan for the construction of the new Upashray building along with community members present.
During the ceremony, members of the community apprised Chief Minister Dr. Yadav of the construction plans, including the proposal of an e-library building. Under the concept of ‘Three Dham, One Destination’, a temple of Manibhadra Bhagwan will be constructed in the new Upashray building.
