Dr. Mohan Yadav launches a new campaign aiming to strengthen public trust and interaction in Madhya Pradesh, focusing on complaint resolution and field visits.
The Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Dr. Mohan Yadav, is set to launch the 'Jan Vishwas' Campaign on August 7, 2026. The campaign aims to strengthen public trust by fostering direct engagement with more than 85 million citizens in the state. The initiative is designed to establish direct interaction between the administration and citizens, ensure 100% resolution of complaints and public grievances, gather real-time feedback from the field, and promote a transparent and responsive governance system.
Under the campaign, Fridays will be dedicated to field visits across the state. Senior officials at various levels, including Chief Minister, ministers, senior government officials, and local public representatives, will visit villages and urban areas to interact directly with citizens. District Collectors will identify locations a week in advance, inform public representatives, and publicise the schedule through media.
Pending cases under the CM Helpline, public grievance system, and Public Service Guarantee Act in selected areas will be reviewed before visits, with efforts to resolve all pending matters in advance. Applications received during field visits will also be addressed on the spot.
