Madhya Pradesh Government Initiates Steps for Public Welfare and Employee Promotion

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav announced initiatives to promote government officers, fresh recruitment for over 18,000 posts across various departments, and a new campaign named Jan Vishwas Abhiyan, which aims to address field-level issues.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav addressed a felicitation ceremony at the FDDI Auditorium in Chhindwara on Friday, where he announced several initiatives for public welfare.

In his speech, Dr. Yadav highlighted the benefits that people from all sections of society have received under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership. He also emphasized India's improved reputation globally and PM Modi's efforts towards the welfare of the poorest.

Regarding state government employees, Dr. Yadav stated that promotion processes which had been pending for years would be completed by September-October this year. This includes promoting all remaining officers and employees who have completed necessary requirements.

In addition to this, Dr. Yadav announced fresh recruitment drives in various departments. Over 18,000 posts are being filled, including more than 10,000 school teacher posts and over 7,000 lecturer posts for higher education. The Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board has issued a notification for the recruitment of 17,000 posts across departments.

Dr. Yadav also introduced a new campaign named Jan Vishwas Abhiyan, which aims to address and resolve difficulties arising at the field level to improve the lives of common citizens. This campaign will take place every Friday until January 7, 2027.

Under the Jan Vishwas Abhiyan, officials will be required to remain among the people on Fridays and review the implementation of government schemes and programs at the field level.
