Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav emphasized progress across various sectors including agriculture, industry, food processing, MSMEs, mining, healthcare, and education, as well as Madhya Pradesh's role in soybean production during the 9th International Soy Conclave.

Madhya Pradesh, often referred to as the country’s 'food basket', is witnessing rapid development across various sectors including agriculture, industry, food processing, MSMEs, mining, healthcare, and education. According to Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, Madhya Pradesh plays a major role in soybean production, accounting for 45% of India’s total output, with the Malwa region recognized as the soybean capital.

At the two-day 9th International Soy Conclave held at Brilliant Convention Centre in Indore on Friday, Dr. Yadav honoured companies and their representatives for their outstanding contributions to the soybean industry.

India is progressing rapidly across sectors under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. The state government is advancing Prime Minister Shri Modi’s commitment to good governance and public welfare by working for the benefit of the poor, women, youth, and farmers.

The gathering of national and international experts, entrepreneurs, and farmers associated with the soybean sector in Indore during Madhya Pradesh's Krishak Kalyan Varsh (Farmers’ Welfare Year) was a matter of pride.

Support for Farmers and Agro-Based Industries was another key focus of Dr. Yadav’s speech. He highlighted the state government’s efforts in increasing farmers’ incomes, improving agricultural productivity, and promoting agro-based industries.

The Chief Minister also discussed the upcoming industrial corridor connecting Jabalpur, Bhopal, and Indore regions to boost industrial development, create more employment opportunities, and expand food processing industries.
