The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Department in Madhya Pradesh has initiated a process to revise its post structure and recruitment rules. This move comes as part of efforts to promote industrial development, employment generation, entrepreneurship, and investment within the state.
Over the years, the responsibilities and workload of the Directorate of Industries and its zonal and district-level offices have significantly increased. To ensure rational utilisation of human resources and redeployment of posts in accordance with the workload, a committee has been constituted.
The committee, headed by Joint Director (Financial Assistance/MSECDP) Shri Vinay Tiwari, includes members such as Joint Director (MSME/Startup/Coordination) Shri Pankaj Dubey, and Joint Director (Infrastructure Development/Establishment) Shri Ambreesh Adhikari. The committee's tasks include an objective analysis of the existing post structure, examination of additional posts required for new functions, assessment of recruitment rules, and proposal of necessary amendments.
The committee will consider government directives, financial prudence, and administrative efficiency while preparing its recommendations. It is expected to submit its detailed report and recommendations to the Commissioner, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises within 15 days from the date of issuance of the order.
