The Reserve Bank of India has announced the interest rate and coupon details for the Government of India Floating Rate Bond 2033 applicable from September 22, 2026 to March 21, 2027.
On September 22, 2026, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) announced the interest rate on the Government of India Floating Rate Bond 2033 (FRB 2033). The rate set for the half year from September 22, 2026 to March 21, 2027 is 6.87 percent per annum.
The FRB 2033 carries a coupon, the base rate of which is equivalent to the average of the Weighted Average Yield (WAY) from the last three auctions as of September 22, 2026, of 182 Day T-Bills. This is supplemented by a fixed spread of 1.22 percent.
