On Monday, Shri Jyotiraditya M. Scindia, Union Minister for Communications and Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER), interacted with students at Mizoram University during his two-day visit to the state. The interaction included students from Goa and Chandigarh visiting the Northeast under the Ministry of DoNER’s Ashtalakshmi Darshan Programme.
