The 51st round of the Reserve Bank of India's quarterly Services and Infrastructure Outlook Survey has been initiated for the October-December 2026 period. This survey evaluates business conditions and expectations for the current and subsequent quarters.

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has started the 51st round of its quarterly Services and Infrastructure Outlook Survey (SIOS) for the October-December 2026 reference period. This survey is conducted regularly to examine the business situation for the current quarter, Q3:2026-27, from selected companies in India's services and infrastructure sectors. The survey also gathers expectations for the subsequent quarter, Q4:2026-27, based on qualitative responses regarding demand conditions, financial conditions, employment conditions, and the price situation. Furthermore, the outlook on key parameters for the two subsequent quarters, Q1:2027-28 and Q2:2027-28, are also covered. It is worth noting that M/s Genesis Management & Market Research Pvt. Ltd. has been authorized to conduct the survey for this particular quarter on behalf of the Reserve Bank. Other companies in the services and infrastructure sectors are encouraged to participate in the survey by downloading the questionnaire from the Bank’s website under the 'Survey' sub-head. The completed, authenticated questionnaires can be emailed as per the contact details provided on the website. The findings of the survey are released in summary form on the Bank's website, with respondent identities remaining confidential.
