The BJP has accused the Kerala government of ignoring candidates who have cleared the Public Service Commission examination and secured ranks. The candidates have been protesting outside the State Secretariat for over 100 days.
The BJP, led by former Rajya Sabha MP GVL Narasimha Rao, addressed a press conference in New Delhi to criticize the Congress-led government in Kerala. The issue at hand is the non-appointment of candidates who have cleared the Public Service Commission (PSC) examination and secured ranks. These candidates have been protesting outside the State Secretariat for 114 days, allegedly without any response from the state government.
Rao accused the government of ignoring the candidates' demands and pointed out that the Congress remained silent on student protests and paper leaks in states it governs while selectively raising issues for political gain. He described this as a reflection of the Congress party’s double standards.
