The Madhya Pradesh government has initiated a collaborative effort with over 130 central institutions, including IITs, IIMs, AIIMS, ISRO, DRDO, and central universities to address critical challenges in various sectors for the development and prosperity of the state.
The Madhya Pradesh government has commenced an initiative to engage central institutions in the state's development with a long-term goal of making Madhya Pradesh prosperous by 2047. This ambitious project, known as 'Contribution of Centrally Funded Institutions for Samriddh Madhya Pradesh@2047', will be kickstarted today in Bhopal with the inauguration by Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav at 11 AM. The main focus of the event, the 'One Institute-One Promise' initiative, requires each participating institution to pledge its commitment towards Madhya Pradesh's development.
The government has outlined various challenges in several sectors such as agriculture, health, education, industry, energy, environment, and skill development. These issues will be tackled by the collaborative efforts of the institutions involved. Participants will utilize their research and expertise to propose potential solutions.
In addition to addressing these challenges, the conclave also aims to exchange Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) between the state government and central institutions. These agreements will facilitate joint research, technical solutions, and new projects for the betterment of Madhya Pradesh.
