Union Minister K Ram Mohan Naidu emphasizes the importance of public service, continued learning, and systemic improvement among newly recruited employees during the 20th Rozgar Mela in Visakhapatnam.
The Union Minister for Civil Aviation, K Ram Mohan Naidu, delivered a speech at the 20th Rozgar Mela held at the Kala Vani Auditorium, Port Stadium, Visakhapatnam. In his address, he highlighted that securing a Central Government job is a matter of pride and a significant accomplishment for the newly recruited employees. Mr Naidu urged them to remember the support and sacrifices of their parents and families in achieving this milestone. He emphasized the importance of prioritizing public service and national development as their primary focus. The Minister also advised the new recruits to continue learning, upgrade their skills, and set higher goals even after securing a government position. In addition, he stressed the need for identifying systemic gaps and collaborating with senior officials to address them. He encouraged employees to work in a way that strengthens people’s trust in the government system. The Minister also called upon the youth to keep pace with emerging technologies and prepare for future requirements. The programme was attended by Visakhapatnam MP M Sribharat, CBIC Chief Commissioner N. Sridhar, Income Tax Chief Commissioner Danda Srinivas, and other senior officials.
