Dr. Mohan Yadav, the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, will attend the Balram Krishi Mahotsav on July 23, 2026, at Chandrashekhar Azad Nagar in Alirajpur district. He will dedicate and perform Bhoomi Poojan for development projects worth over ₹340 crore.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will attend the Balram Krishi Mahotsav under Krishak Kalyan Varsh–2026 at Chandrashekhar Azad Nagar in Alirajpur district on July 23, 2026. The event, organized to commemorate the 120th birth anniversary of Amar Shaheed Chandrashekhar Azad, will see the Chief Minister paying floral tribute at Azad Kutiya and engaging with progressive farmers and social media influencers. He is also expected to dedicate and perform Bhoomi Poojan for development projects worth over ₹340 crore.
The programme, being organised at the Krishi Upaj Mandi Campus, includes an interaction with Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, where he will discuss agricultural innovations, modern farming technologies, and various aspects of agricultural development with progressive farmers. He will also hold an interaction with social media influencers from different districts of the division representing diverse fields.
During the Balram Krishi Mahotsav, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will honor progressive farmers and meritorious students of the district for their outstanding achievements. The objective of the Mahotsav is to familiarize farmers with the latest agricultural technologies, improved farming practices, developments in allied sectors, and various welfare schemes of the Government. Benefits under different government schemes will also be distributed to eligible beneficiaries.
An exhibition showcasing initiatives and technologies from Departments of Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Cooperation, Agricultural Engineering, and other allied departments will also be organized during the Mahotsav.
