
On July 31, 2026, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will attend a Capacity Building and Loan Distribution Programme in Thandla, Madhya Pradesh. He will distribute loans worth ₹300 crore to Self-Help Groups, interact with progressive farmers, honor meritorious students, and dedicate development projects.
A State-level Capacity Building and Loan Distribution Programme for Self-Help Groups is scheduled for Friday, July 31, 2026, at the Government College Ground in Thandla. The Chief Guest for the event is Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav who will take a major step towards strengthening Self-Help Groups across Madhya Pradesh by disbursing ₹300 crore in loans.
During the programme, Dr. Yadav will interact with progressive farmers and practitioners of natural farming. He will honor meritorious students and discuss government initiatives aimed at promoting natural and organic farming. The event is expected to promote women's economic empowerment, strengthen rural livelihoods, and accelerate self-employment opportunities across the State.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will also dedicate several development projects to the district. He will perform the Bhoomi Poojan of 29 development works worth approximately ₹174.64 crore across various departments during his proposed visit to Thandla. The Chief Minister will inaugurate 29 completed development and infrastructure projects worth approximately ₹109.17 crore and dedicate them to the public. These projects are expected to strengthen infrastructure, improve public amenities, and accelerate the district's overall development.
Under the Madhya Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission, loans worth ₹10.8 crore will be distributed to 215 Self-Help Groups in the district. Beneficiaries of various government schemes will receive assistance during the programme.
