During his visit to the Government Tribal Women Industrial Training Institute, Dr. Mohan Yadav highlighted the importance of technical education and skill development for self-reliance among youth. He also encouraged students to maintain their confidence and remain connected with agriculture.

On Friday, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav visited the Government Tribal Women Industrial Training Institute and emphasized the significance of technical education and skill development as a means for self-reliance among India's youth. During his interaction with trainee students, he encouraged them to maintain their confidence and combine technical skills with a connection to agriculture.

The Chief Minister inspected various laboratories at the institute and held detailed discussions with trainees about their training, future plans, and benefits under government schemes. He specifically appreciated the students who were working efficiently on the lathe machine in the mechanical lab.

Sushma Uike, a trainee in the fitter trade, shared her desire to build a future in agriculture after receiving technical training. She informed the Chief Minister that her parents are engaged in agricultural work and that she aims to establish her own technician, machine, and hardware workshop.

Radha Udke, another trainee, expressed her intention to use the techniques learned during training in agriculture and farming. The Chief Minister appreciated her resolve and wished her a bright future.

Trainees also briefed the Chief Minister about benefits they were receiving under government schemes such as Mukhyamantri Seekho-Kamao Yojana and PM Vishwakarma Yojana. They demonstrated their skills in technical work, ensuring adherence to safety standards.

Impressed by the enthusiasm and commitment of trainees, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav emphasized that their responsibility was not only limited to improving their own lives but also bringing positive change to society and the lives of other people.

An innovative example was presented by trainees as 'Waste to Art', where they showcased an attractive guitar and a cannon made from waste materials. The Chief Minister warmly appreciated these creative efforts and said that such a combination of innovation and technical skills is an excellent example of talent and creativity among the youth.
