Madhya Pradesh Chief Secretary Ashok Barnwal addressing a meeting

Madhya Pradesh Chief Secretary Ashok Barnwal emphasizes transparency and satisfactory resolution of grievances during the Jan Vishwas Abhiyan, a citizen outreach campaign.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Secretary Shri Ashok Barnwal has called for the Jan Vishwas Abhiyan to be a transparent and satisfactory mechanism for delivering maximum benefits to citizens from government services and beneficiary-oriented schemes. During a meeting at Mantralaya, he reviewed feedback on the campaign's previous day and appreciated the work of all officials.

Highlighting a farmer who generated employment for 500 people through blackberry cultivation, Barnwal stressed the need to engage with such entrepreneurs and address their issues during the campaign. He also directed officials to ensure 100% resolution of complaints and grievances, assess ground-level implementation of schemes, and develop an effective monitoring mechanism.

Barnwal instructed Collectors to prioritize essential services requiring continuous attention, with a focus on citizen-centric services such as health services, handpump functioning, tap-water supply schemes, transformer status, school enrolment, and ambulance availability. He also reviewed initiatives like Aadhaar Card, APAAR ID, and PARAKH.

During the meeting, Additional Chief Secretary Shri Neeraj Mandloi outlined the key pillars of the Jan Vishwas Abhiyan, emphasizing resolution of complaints and grievances, public and enterprise dialogue, inspections, and law and order.
