Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav visited Chitrakoot today to assess the flood-affected areas and distribute relief materials.
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, amidst the ongoing crisis, visited Chitrakoot today, where the Mandakini river is currently 30 feet above its normal level. The CM spent approximately an hour inspecting the affected areas and meeting flood-affected people at a relief shelter.
Dr. Yadav distributed relief materials to those in need and listened to their problems. He issued directions to officials to ensure arrangements are made for families to return to normal life once the flood water recedes.
The Chief Minister's visit is a response to the flooding that has affected several areas in Chitrakoot.
