The Government of India's Bhavantar Yojana announces detailed registration procedures for soybean crop during Kharif Year 2026 in Madhya Pradesh, with free and paid registration facilities available at various centers.

Under the Price Deficit Payment Scheme (Bhavantar Yojana), farmers of Madhya Pradesh can register for soybean crop during Kharif Year 2026 on the e-Uparjan portal from October 3 to October 17, 2026. The registration process includes both free and paid facilities.

Free Registration Facility

Farmers can avail of the free registration facility at designated centers in Gram Panchayats, Janpad Panchayats, Tehsil offices, cooperative societies, and cooperative marketing institutions. These centers have been set up for this purpose.

Paid Registration Facility

Paid registrations can be made at MP Online kiosks, Common Service Centre kiosks, Lok Seva Kendras, and cyber cafes operated by private individuals for a fee of up to Rs 50. For farmer registration, it will be mandatory to properly examine land-related documents, the farmer’s Aadhaar card, and other photo identity documents and maintain their records.

Registration for Sharecroppers, Bataidars, Kotwars, and Forest-Patta-Holder Farmers

The registration facility for sharecroppers, bataidars, Kotwars, and forest-patta-holder farmers will be available only at cooperative society and cooperative marketing institution registration centers. One hundred percent of the farmers in this category will be verified by the Revenue Department.

Bank Account for Payment of Procured Crop

Payment for the produce sold by the farmer will be made on priority to the farmer’s Aadhaar-linked bank account. If any problem arises in making payment to the farmer’s Aadhaar-linked bank account for any reason, payment may be made to the bank account provided by the farmer during registration.

Aadhaar Verification

Verification of the Aadhaar number will be mandatory for registration and sale of the crop. Verification can be done through an OTP received on the mobile number linked to the Aadhaar number or through a biometric device. A farmer’s registration will be possible only when the name recorded in the account and Khasra of the farmer’s land records match the name recorded on the Aadhaar card.

District Collectors Instructions

All District Collectors have been instructed to keep Aadhaar registration centers operational for farmers to update their mobile numbers and biometrics. Farmers must link their bank account, mobile number, and Aadhaar number for better services under the registration system.
