In a video message yesterday, Prime Minister Modi announced that a bill containing provisions for strong action against paper leaks will be introduced in Parliament next week.
The draft bill seeks to establish fast-track courts specifically to deal with cases of paper leak and exam malpractices. The proposed legislation is expected to provide harsher penalties for those found guilty.
