
Dr. Mohan Yadav, the Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister, highlighted the role of RSS founder Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar in preserving India's independence and his philosophy of equality during a commemorative event.
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav attended the staging of 'Yug Pravartak Dr. Hedgewar', a grand theatrical production organized by Sanskar Bharati to commemorate the centenary year of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). The event took place at Ravindra Bhavan in an atmosphere charged with nationalistic fervor. During his speech, Dr. Yadav emphasized that God chooses individuals as instruments to accomplish extraordinary tasks and hailed Swami Vivekananda's prophecy that the coming century would belong to India.
Dr. Yadav stated that Dr. Hedgewar had foreseen the importance of preserving India's hard-earned independence and fulfilled his role in the national interest with remarkable foresight. Through his visionary thinking, he initiated several constructive social initiatives. The Chief Minister pointed out that the nation is today embracing Dr. Hedgewar's vision of equality, and the initiative to implement the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) has also been undertaken in this spirit.
In addition, Dr. Yadav acknowledged Prime Minister Narendra Modi's efforts towards building the India envisioned by Dr. Hedgewar, helping the nation reclaim its pride and glory. He emphasized that India's identity is founded on the principle of ‘One Nation, One Law’, and that equality has always been at the core of the country’s civilisational ethos.
Dr. Yadav congratulated Sanskar Bharati for presenting the life and contributions of Dr. Hedgewar through the theatrical production and felicitated them on the passage of the Uniform Civil Code Bill in the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly.
