
Dr. Mohan Yadav, Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, emphasized the role of students in understanding democracy and participating actively in nation-building during an interaction with over 90 students from various schools.
In a significant event held at Committee Room No. 1 of the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly on Wednesday, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav engaged with more than 50 meritorious students from Agar-Malwa district and 40 students from STEM Field International School, Jabalpur. The meeting was part of their visit to witness the proceedings of the Monsoon Session of the Legislative Assembly.
During the interaction, Dr. Yadav emphasized that students are essential in shaping the nation's future and stressed the importance of comprehending democracy, embracing its values, and actively contributing to nation-building. He also noted that it is crucial for the younger generation to connect with democratic institutions.
The Chief Minister highlighted the Legislative Assembly as a valuable learning platform, explaining how it functions, laws are enacted, and parliamentary traditions are upheld. He further mentioned that the State Government is making efforts to boost youth participation in the state's development.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was presented with various handcrafted models and scenic artworks by the students during the interaction.
