Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav announces a Fixed Deposit of INR 5 lakh to cover education expenses for the children of Late Urmila Saini.
During a visit to the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav expressed deep humanitarian concern over the tragic incident in Indore involving the untimely demise of Postal Assistant Urmila Saini and her husband, Shri Akhilesh Saini. Their children—Avyakt (7) and Preksha (15)—have been left without parental care.
To ensure their education and well-being, Dr. Yadav announced a Fixed Deposit (FD) of INR 5 lakh in the children's names. The interest accrued on this deposit will be used to meet their educational expenses. This initiative underscores the Chief Minister's commitment to supporting bereaved families.
Accompanied by Preksha's maternal grandfather, Shri Satyanarayan Malakar, and other family members, Dr. Yadav met with the grieving family at his office in the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly. During this meeting, he offered consolation and assured them that they would not be left to face this difficult time alone.
The State Government will extend every possible support for the children's education.
