Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will distribute e-scooters to more than 7,500 top students across Madhya Pradesh under the Mukhyamantri Scooty Yojana on September 16.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will present electronic scooters to over 7,500 meritorious students who secured first place in their respective schools at government higher secondary schools across Madhya Pradesh under the Mukhyamantri Scooty Yojana on September 16.
The state-level e-scooter distribution ceremony will take place at Government Subhash Excellence Higher Secondary School, Shivaji Nagar, Bhopal, starting at 10 am. The initiative is intended to facilitate the commuting needs of students pursuing higher education by providing greater convenience.
To qualify for this scheme, students must have scored a minimum of 70 per cent marks in Class 12 in their initial attempt and secured the first position in their school. This scheme is accessible to regular students studying in government higher secondary schools under the School Education and Tribal Affairs Departments. The scheme encompasses students from all academic streams.
For the 2025-26 academic session, more than 7,500 eligible students across Madhya Pradesh will receive e-scooters.
