A road accident on Tiruchi-Chennai Highway claims three lives; victims were traveling from Puducherry to Chennai.
In a tragic incident, three individuals lost their lives in a road accident near Maduranthakam, located close to Chennai. The accident occurred when a car, en route from Puducherry to Chennai, was hit by a lorry on the Tiruchi-Chennai Highway this morning. According to reports, the victims included a father and his son who were headed towards Chennai airport at the time of the collision.
Madurantakam Police have registered a case in connection with the incident, and investigations are ongoing, including efforts to trace the lorry through CCTV footage.
